Contact: info@eurostyle.be
2. What data we process, and why
Account and order data — name, company, VAT number, address, e-mail, phone, order and invoice history. Purpose: account verification, order handling, delivery, invoicing and customer service. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Contact form data — name, e-mail, phone, company and the content of your message. Purpose: handling your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Technical data — our website runs on the Odoo platform, which sets strictly necessary session cookies for login, cart and language settings. These cookies do not require consent. We do not currently use marketing or analytics cookies; if this changes, this policy and a cookie banner will be updated first.
3. Who receives your data
Your data is shared only where necessary: with our hosting and e-commerce provider (Odoo), with carriers for delivery, with payment and accounting service providers, and — for customers in France and Portugal — with our local commercial agents for order follow-up and customer service. All processors are bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
4. How long we keep your data
Order and invoice data is kept for the statutory retention periods under Belgian accounting and tax law. Contact enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted at the latest 24 months after the last contact. Account data is deleted upon justified request once no legal retention obligation applies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be) or the supervisory authority of your own country.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this website applies.
